We're looking for an experienced and driven Finance Transformation Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in transforming the way our finance function operates. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next phase of our finance transformation following the implementation of NetSuite, our new ERP system. You'll work closely with finance colleagues, operational teams and external partners to embed new ways of working, improve financial processes and ensure we maximise the value of our investment. About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong finance knowledge with a passion for continuous improvement and change. You'll ideally have:
- ACCA or AAT part qualification and be working towards full ACCA qualification.
- Advanced IT and Excel skills.
- Experience of finance transformation, process improvement or systems implementation.
- Experience of NetSuite or another ERP system (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for improving the way teams work.
