Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well‑being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient conditions.
Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
Proficient in medication administration with a thorough understanding of pharmacology.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
