We are looking for a passionate Radiographer to join the Radiology team at St. Hughs Hospital in Grimsby. If you are committed to care, innovation and excellence, HMT provides an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical, PCAS & IEP issues; deliver quality diagnostic imaging across multiple specialties.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, maintain accurate record keeping and observe national and local guidance.
  • Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, support other team members, and manage real‑time situations in emergency and theatre settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a clinical setting performing diagnostic imaging including general X‑ray, mobile X‑ray and theatre/fluoroscopy.
  • Knowledge of PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System), IEP (Image Exchange Portal) and IR(ME)R and IRR regulations.
  • Proactive prioritisation, deadline management, time‑management, initiative, decision‑making and problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, confidentiality and sensitive information handling.
  • BSc/DCR qualification in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • HCPC registered Radiographer.
