The successful Physiotherapist would need previous experience in frailty, urgent care and inpatient settings at band 6 level.

Description of duties required: Senior Physiotherapist in static role within Urgent Care- Emergency Department, Older persons Same Day emergency Care, Medical Assessment Units & Short Stay units. To be a key driver and facilitator of discharge within the Urgent Care setting linking with community services to provide support. To perform advanced physio-therapeutic assessment of patients with diverse range of presentations. To hold responsibility for own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service working without direct supervision.

This is a minimum 3 month locum contract will a view to extend. Ideal hours 37.5, Mon to Fri 8am – 4pm – can be flexible.

Excellent pay rate up to £27.00 per hour (umbrella of your choice).
