Location: 420 Crumlin Road
Bradley Manor Care Home offers 79 beds across three specialist units: Residential Dementia, Dementia Nursing, and General/Frail Elderly Nursing. This enables a seamless continuum of care as residents’ needs evolve. Set in a scenic location with views over Belfast, the home provides a peaceful, uplifting environment for residents and families. The Role
The role of a Registered Nurse is a leadership position in our mission to provide excellent, inclusive care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
As part of the team, you will support shift management, ensure resident safety, and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care. The role is evolving, with a commitment to personal and professional development to positively impact residents and their families.
About The Role
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to each resident
- Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
- Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
- Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
- Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Home Manager
