Meadow View is a beautiful, modern care home in Enniskillen, providing professional and compassionate care for up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you’ll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and ensure everything is in order with medication audits.

Contract details: This is 33 hours a week - Night Shift. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

- Medications experience within a care setting

- Educated to a minimum GCSE/NVQ 3 or above (or similar qualification) with a good standard of English
- Previous Care Experience
