The Home Willow Grove is a beautiful, modern care home situated in Dungannon. Our spacious home has a team of talented, highly-skilled professionals and provides person-centred residential care for older people, including those living with dementia. The Willow Grove team are proud of their strong links with the local community, ensuring our residents have all that they need, whilst their health and wellbeing is well-tended to. The facilities available within the home are designed to enable residents to be as independent as possible, with the benefit of 24-hour care support provided around the clock by fully trained, kind and compassionate carers, delivering their services with the utmost dignity and respect. Our sociable amenities for residents to enjoy include a variety of comfortable lounges and dining areas. The private bedrooms are fully-furnished, all with en-suite facilities, and residents are able to bring their own home accessories and furniture to personalise their room.

The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will support the management of shifts, ensuring the safety of all residents and our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care to each resident
  • Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
  • Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
  • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
  • Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager
