The Home Willow Grove is a beautiful, modern care home situated in Dungannon. Our spacious home has a team of talented, highly-skilled professionals and provides person-centred residential care for older people, including those living with dementia. The Willow Grove team are proud of their strong links with the local community, ensuring our residents have all that they need, whilst their health and wellbeing is well-tended to. The Role
Each of our Homes has a Maintenance person, who is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of residents and team members. This is a varied role and a key member of the team. With each repair and maintenance task, you’re not just fixing things; you’re supporting the team in providing excellent care to our residents in their Home. The Maintenance person is essential in ensuring we can provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for our residents where they feel at home.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a well-decorated, safe, and comfortable environment in and outside of the Home.
- Ensures that Healthcare Ireland’s minimum standards are delivered in all units.
- Identifies and reports damage, faults, and other related issues to line manager.
- Liaises with local contractors on site, as required.
- Deliver bloods, collect scripts and drive to suppliers when needed.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager.

Required Criteria:
- The Right to Work in the UK
- A minimum of a year’s experience in a maintenance or similar role
- Basic numeracy and literacy are minimum requirements
- Valid UK driving license and use of a car for company business
