Overview
The Home – Rosevale Lodge Care Home, located beside the River Lagan and minutes from Lisburn town centre, is a purpose-built facility offering specialist care for up to 68 residents living with dementia. The home is divided into two units: Dementia Nursing and Dementia Residential, with a warm, resident-focused environment that values relationships and compassionate support.

The Role
The Domestic Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the Housekeeper and contributing to the wellbeing and quality of life of residents. The Domestic Assistant ensures the home is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times and works closely with care teams and residents to create a safe and cared-for environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the expected cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved throughout the home
- Cover domestic duties as assigned
- Identify and report any damage, faults or other issues to maintenance or management
- Adhere to the cleaning and auditing schedule
- Use and store cleaning products in accordance to COSHH regulations
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager or Housekeeper
