The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position to provide excellent and inclusive care. It involves managing resident care, ensuring safety, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care. As a Registered Nurse you will support the management of shifts, ensuring resident safety and working towards personal and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to each resident
  • Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
  • Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
  • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
  • Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

  • Valid UK NMC pin
  • Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
