The Role At Healthcare Ireland we pride ourselves on the quality of our resident care, which begins with our clinical standards. The Clinical Lead is a nursing position, responsible for the continuous improvement of person - centred care in our Homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice. This is a leadership role, working closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and care team to provide guidance and support on the clinical requirements of the Home. About The Role The Responsibilities: Provide clinical support to qualify nurses. Provide guidance and support around person centred care planning and documentation. Provide guidance and support around the management of medicines within home. Assess competency of qualified Nurses and develop individual plans. Conduct audits within the services where required and provide detailed feedback. Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager.
