Bannview House is a modern, purpose-built Nursing Home supporting up to 80 residents. The Home is designed with individual bedrooms and ensuite facilities, a comfortable lounge and dining areas. Many rooms in the Home have fantastic views of the rural countryside. The attractive enclosed gardens and patio area provide residents with a safe and relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bannview House has three dedicated units covering General Nursing, Dementia Nursing and General Residential.
The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.

Main Responsibilities
- Delivering person centred care to each resident
- Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
- Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
- Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
- Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Requirements
- Valid UK NMC pin
- Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
