Glenabbey Manor is a friendly, safe and welcoming residential and dementia care home, with provision for up to 76 residents. Our residents are encouraged to enjoy as much of an independent lifestyle as possible, with the assurance of a compassionate, kind and professional care team, always on hand to support individuals' daily care needs and wishes.
We are proud of our person-centred approach to care and treat our residents with the utmost respect and dignity, as they so deserve. The modern accommodation at Glenabbey Manor is spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, with easy accessibility enabling residents to move around safely. Our private bedrooms spaces are fully furnished, with a flat screen TV and en-suite shower room as standard. Residents may bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their space and make it their home.

Required Criteria:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good standard of oral and written English.
- A non-judgemental approach to others.
- Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members.
Desired Criteria:
- Educated to QCF/ NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
