The Home Meadow View is a beautiful, modern care home in Enniskillen, providing professional and compassionate care for up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. With breath-taking views across a meadow, charming gardens and sociable shared spaces, Meadow View is a great option if you're considering a new place to call home. Our safe and happy, home-from-home setting features luxury, state-of-the-art facilities and all the quintessential comforts in which to provide good quality, person-centred, residential and dementia care in Enniskillen.

At Meadow View, residents' health and wellbeing are a priority. Our residents are fully supported to live a comfortable, active and fulfilled lifestyle, with compassionate carers on hand, around the clock, to support their individual needs and wishes. All our private, light and spacious bedrooms are fully-furnished, with the benefit of en-suite facilities. Residents are very welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture to personalise their space and make it their home.

About the role: As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.

About you: We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal Care Team Leader will exude a positive energy, be competent in building strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

This is 33 hours a week- Night Shift. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

Required Criteria:

  • Medications experience within care setting
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Educated to a minimum GCSE/NVQ 3 or above (or similar qualification) with a good standard of English
  • Previous Care Experience

Desired Criteria:

  • Previous experience in care home setting
  • Experience supervising staff
