The Home Willow Grove is a beautiful, modern care home situated in Dungannon. Our spacious home has a team of talented, highly-skilled professionals and provides person-centred residential care for older people, including those living with dementia. The Willow Grove team are proud of their strong links with the local community, ensuring our residents have all that they need, whilst their health and wellbeing is well-tended to. We create a comfortable home-from-home environment, where residents can feel safe and relaxed.
The facilities available within the home are designed to enable residents to be as independent as possible, with the benefit of 24-hour care support provided around the clock by fully trained, kind and compassionate carers, delivering their services with the utmost dignity and respect. Our sociable amenities for residents to enjoy include a variety of comfortable lounges and dining areas. The private bedrooms are fully-furnished, all with en-suite facilities, and residents are able to bring their own home accessories and furniture to personalise their room.
As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you will plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and ensure everything is in order with medication audits.

The ideal Care Team Leader will exude a positive energy, be competent in building strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

Required Criteria:
- Medications experience within care setting
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Educated to a minimum GCSE/NVQ 3 or above (or similar qualification) with a good standard of English
- Previous Care Experience
