Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to work at our Olive House in Newton Flotman. As the Deputy Manager you will be supporting the home manager with daily supervision of all staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a manner that maintains and promotes dignity, privacy, choice, rights, fulfilment and independence.
Previous supervisory experience within a care home or care environment is required, along with experience in writing and updating care plans. Olive House is situated in the small village of Newton Flotman in Norfolk. The home provides residential and dementia care for up to 45 residents.
