If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our nursing team at Romford Grange, a nursing home that provides residential, nursing and dementia care to elderly residents in Romford.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to residents, meeting their physical and psychological needs.
- Administer medication, complete documentation and place orders for prescribed medication.
- Support new admissions and discharges of residents.
- Participate in weekly GP rounds.
- Update and maintain resident care plans, liaising with external parties where applicable.
Qualifications
- Current NMC registration.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices.
- Experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs.
