Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Head Chef to work at St Leonards Court in Mundford.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hospitality function, managing a team to deliver quality, nutritious meals for our 22 residents daily.
- Prepare and cook meals, liaise with residents to design menus that include family favourites and regular theme nights.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in menu planning, stock control and food ordering, with a focus on waste minimisation.
- A solid approach to kitchen practices and food hygiene standards is essential.
- City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications are preferred but can be provided through our Academy.
