Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Head Chef to work at St Leonards Court in Mundford.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hospitality function, managing a team to deliver quality, nutritious meals for our 22 residents daily.
  • Prepare and cook meals, liaise with residents to design menus that include family favourites and regular theme nights.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confidence in menu planning, stock control and food ordering, with a focus on waste minimisation.
  • A solid approach to kitchen practices and food hygiene standards is essential.
  • City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications are preferred but can be provided through our Academy.
