About the role
As the IT & Systems Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of IT services across our care homes and support facilities. The role will involve managing an outsourced contractor responsible for day-to-day IT services, ensuring compliance with cyber security best practices and GDPR and leading a small internal applications service desk team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations, protecting sensitive data, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery across the organization.
About you
You will have previous experience of IT Service Delivery; experience in managing outsourced providers and a proven track record in cyber security and GDPR compliance. Experience working in the care sector is desirable.
