The Malthouse, part of Healthcare Homes, is seeking a Care Assistant for twilight hours to join our residential home in Gillingham, Dorset. You will support residents with personal care and provide companionship in a friendly, home-like setting.
Working 4pm–9pm, 17.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends. The role includes training and access to the Healthcare Homes Academy, with a focus on person-centred care and dementia support for our elderly residents.
