Healthcare Homes Group is recruiting for a full-time Maintenance Operative to join our team at Foxgrove and Maynell House in Felixstowe.
You will oversee upkeep, painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work to keep our homes safe and comfortable for residents.
Previous gardening, decorating and basic plumbing/electrical experience is required. The role is a 6-month fixed term contract, 35 hours per week, paying £13.30 per hour.
