If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our housekeeping team at our lovely care home, Hillcroft House.
Hillcroft House is a care home specialising in residential and dementia care. Described as a ‘magical’ place by the residents, the home has a lovely atmosphere. It is a busy and lively home where everyone is treated as one big family – whether you’re a staff member, a relative or a resident.
What would a typical day look like?
- Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy
- Supervising the domestic team and ensure they are working to a high standard
- Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions
- Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
