£14.75 per hour
37.5 hours per week (includes alternate weekends) 8am to 4pm - Mon to Fri

The home has recently been refurbished, with brighter lounges, a refreshed dining room and updated bedrooms. Every space is designed for comfort and a homely feel. Residents enjoy a full programme of activities, gentle exercise, visits from local groups and plenty of opportunities to socialise. With cosy lounges, beautiful garden areas and inviting communal spaces, there’s always something to enjoy at Albany.
The quality and appearance of our homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our maintenance teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.
What would a typical day look like?
- Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work
- Ensuring our residents remain safe and comfortable by adhering to good health and safety practices at all times
Previous experience within gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential and we can provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
