£62,000 - 65,000 per annum plus annual bonus scheme

Barking Hall is surrounded by stunning scenery and gardens. The home provides nursing and residential care for up to 49 residents and is rated Good by CQC.
Responsibilities
Whilst no day will be the same in this incredibly rewarding role, responsibilities will include:
- Regular updates across the different departments within the home. Supporting with any developments and ensuring critical information is communicated effectively.
- Overseeing the occupancy and staffing levels across the home, reducing the need for agency staffing where possible.
- Undertake audits as required in accordance with our governance system.
- Ensuring a high standard of care at all times, putting our residents at the centre and making them feel safe, secure and comfortable within their home.
Great communication skills and ability to problem solve are essential, along with strong financial acumen and excellent people skills.
Qualifications
Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is required with a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
A RGN with a valid pin would be essential for this position.
