Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Head Chef to work at St Leonards Court in Mundford. As our Head Chef, you will be taking the lead across our hospitality function, managing a team to deliver quality, nutritious meals for our 22 residents on a daily basis. As well as preparing and cooking meals you will also liaise with our residents to create a menu that delivers family favourite dishes along with regular theme nights.

The successful candidate will have experience in working in a professional kitchen, have good organisational skills and be confident in menu planning, stock control and food ordering, keeping waste to a minimum at all times. A good approach to kitchen practices and food hygiene standards is essential. City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications are preferred but not essential as they can be provided through our Academy.
