Healthcare Homes are recruiting for an Enquiries Team Leader to join our Enquiries Team at our central office near Ardleigh, Colchester. Working as a member of the Enquiries team you will be supporting the care home teams with managing enquiries and booking show rounds, liaising with the homes/branches, capturing and qualifying enquiries and ensuring faultless follow up through to admission, taking responsibility for the team.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the daily planning of team member deployment to respond to immediate priorities and ensure continuous occupancy improvement. You will ensure the team provides the best possible customer experience for anyone seeking support from Healthcare Homes Group, capturing and qualifying enquiries and ensuring follow ups.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in enquiry handling and delivering exceptional customer service, experience of working in the care industry and be proficient in compiling and presenting data and information for reporting purposes.
