We have an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team at our central office Apex, in Colchester. As HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing some additional administrative support to the HR team.
To be our ideal candidate, you will have gained previous experience of providing administrative support within a fast-paced business environment. Whilst previous HR experience is advantageous, it is not essential. The ability to build effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally, a can-do attitude, the ability to influence and a passion for what we do is essential for this role, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Established in 2005, Healthcare Homes Group has an existing portfolio comprising of 48 residential and nursing homes located across East Anglia and the South of England. We are a Top 20 provider within the care sector and our ethos is to deliver the best person-centred care to all our residents.
