At Home Close we provide person-centred nursing, residential, respite and dementia care. The entire team work hard to treat our residents like family as we work within their home.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
- Providing companionship and offering social interaction
- Maintaining accurate resident records
Whether you are an experienced care assistant or support worker or are looking to start a new career in a rewarding and fulfilling role we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
