Meadow House in Swaffham, part of Healthcare Homes Group, is looking for a compassionate Activities Coordinator to lead our activities team and enrich residents’ lives with engaging, person-centred programmes.
You will design newsletters, plan monthly calendars with crafts, outings, and events, work with the care team to promote wellbeing, and share celebrations on social channels.
Training is provided and weekends may be required on a rota.
