About The Role
Job Purpose: Day-to-day lead in the development of the highest-quality, scientifically accurate, and strategically astute content and creative deliverables consistent with client requirements.

Essential Duties
- Serve as the key day-to-day contact for account activities and deliverables
- Lead and develop content with minimal review/direction, including data understanding and ability to communicate complex projects
- Support development and review of communications and content as needed
- Engage with team members to ensure timely project progress and offer solutions for issues
- Liaise with client review teams (RAMMP, PROGRES, CRC, Veeva, etc.)
- Partner and lead interactions with KOLs regarding publications, content, and live events
- Manage freelancers and fact-check/quality control materials
- Be the lead contact for assigned accounts alongside the account team
- Participate in and lead client and internal update meetings
- Maintain weekly project and production status updates
- Undertake additional tasks as business needs require
Scientific Services Content Development
- Communicate clearly to diverse audiences via print and digital media
- Develop outlines for scientific materials and project deliverables
- Produce accurate scientific deliverables using the latest data
- Create creative briefs for design concepts
- Refine content based on feedback to produce strategic pieces
- Ensure deliverables are approved on time, adhering to client policies
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with Scientific Services and wider agency teams
- Maintain strong relationships with Client Services, sharing updates and collaborating
- Coach junior team members
Scientific Support and Knowledge Building
- Proactively enhance knowledge in relevant fields and medicine
- Stay updated on data and developments within accounts
- Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with KOLs and physicians
Education and Experience
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, RPh, MS, RN, MD) in a scientific/medical discipline; biomedical sciences preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in medical education, communications, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally, including weekends
