Join a well-established care provider with over 50 homes nationwide and exciting expansion plans for 2026! We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin and previous nursing home management experience to support our residents and team.
Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:
- Ensure all staff contribute to a well-run, supportive environment that prioritises residents' well-being.
- Engage with residents to assess and address healthcare needs, coordinating with the District Nurse where required.
- Monitor residents' health and arrange GP or specialist visits as needed.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, well-portioned, and meet dietary requirements.
- Provide hands-on nursing and personal care as appropriate.
- Administer medications safely, maintaining accurate records.
- Support the Home Manager in auditing care plans to uphold best practices.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all resident interactions, respecting personal and financial matters.
