Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Wolverhampton. The home provides high-quality nursing, dementia and residential care and is currently under new management. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a supportive team and contribute to maintaining high standards of clinical care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will benefit from strong clinical support, a dedicated care team and excellent staffing levels, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies
- Maintain accurate care records and complete effective handovers
- Support, guide and supervise care staff on shift
- Promote high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure residents receive person-centred care
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home setting
- Active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality resident care
- Good communication and leadership skills
