Healthcare Clinical is supporting a respected provider in the search for an experienced Nursing Home Manager, who is currently under NEW management, to join a high-performing home with a glowing, Good CQC Report. This is a great opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager who leads with compassion and drives excellence in care.
We will also consider experienced Clinical Deputy Managers wanting to progress with extensive nursing home experience.
Nursing Home Manager Duties:- Ensure the home consistently meets CQC requirements and adheres to all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and evaluate the standard of care provided, making sure it is tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences.
- Take responsibility for recruiting, training, supervising, and developing staff, ensuring a confident and capable workforce.
- Maintain strong, supportive relationships with internal and external bodies.
- Act as the lead for safeguarding, health & safety, infection prevention, and risk management throughout the home.
- Drive occupancy by monitoring bed availability and promoting the home positively to potential residents and their families.

- Proven experience in managing a nursing home.
