Salary: £42,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Structure

HCR is partnering with a respected care provider, operating since 2019 with over 20 homes across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead the home, which is located in the heart of Wakefield.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in elderly care, dementia, and residential care, with a proven track record as a Registered Manager. You will drive high standards, inspire your team, and ensure outstanding care delivery.

Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Care Home Manager status with CQC, or the ability and willingness to obtain registration
  • To have managed services with twenty beds or more
  • Proven experience in managing an elderly care home
  • Ideally, to have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
  • The Registered Manager will come from a successful CQC background
