Are you an experienced care leader with a strong background in turnaround work and achieving Good CQC ratings? We’re recruiting a Turnaround Manager for a charity-run rehabilitation service in Ipswich, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries linked to trauma, illness, or substance misuse. This 6-month fixed-term role is focused on driving urgent improvement, stabilising service delivery, and supporting lasting change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and lead a focused turnaround plan aimed at achieving a Good CQC rating
- Stabilise and motivate the workforce, addressing performance and cultural challenges
- Embed training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation (e.g., PBS, clinical frameworks)
- Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in CQC, turnaround and service improvement roles
- Demonstrable success in achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes
- Experience within ABI, neurorehabilitation, or mental health services
- Proactive leadership style with the ability to influence and support positive change
- Clinical qualification desirable but not essential
