Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable D.O.E)

The Nursing Home Manager will lead with integrity and will foster a positive culture where colleagues feel respected, supported, and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
  • Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
