Registered Manager Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum D.O.E + CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Hours: Full-time with flexibility HCR is recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a prestigious care provider. Under new ownership, the organisation is committed to delivering the highest standards of care across its 4-bed Learning Disabilities service. Caring for younger adults with Mental health and complex needs alongside the management of a single contracted domiciliary care package. The service supports younger adults aged 18+, and the successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and will be confident in supporting service improvement and turnaround management where required. Registered Manager Duties: * Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care * Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse * Ensure proper medication management and documentation * Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks * Promote and organise social activities Registered Manager Benefits: * Achievable annual bonus * Generous annual leave of 32 days * Free on-site parking * Supporting to obtain further qualifications * Pension scheme Registered Manager Requirements: * Must be a CQC Registered Manager * To have recent experience in managing a supported living service * Ideally to have but not essential NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent or willing to work towards it.
