We are seeking an experienced CQC Registered Home Manager with an active NMC pin. The Registered Home Manager will come from successfully achieving good CQC ratings., * To oversee and manage the home’s day-to-day operations ensuring safe effective care is being delivered.

The Registered Home Manager will manage staffing, budgeting, and bed occupancy.

Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, regularly reviewing and improving the nursing home’s performance.

Registered Home manager will be excellent at maintaining relationships with internal and external healthcare professionals.

Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualified.

Ideally to have a Level 5 in leadership in management however not essential.
