We are looking for a strong leader with a proven history of achieving and maintaining “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC ratings. Registered Care Home Manager Key Responsibilities: Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong, positive culture within a residential care home. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop a team. A strong track record of achieving good commercial performance and delivering positive business results. Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous. Ideally, experience maintaining a Good or Outstanding CQC rating during your tenure. Candidates with Inadequate ratings, or RI ratings in Safe or Well-Led, will not be considered. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop a positive team culture. Proven commercial awareness and business performance. A valid driving licence and access to a car. Existing relationships with North Yorkshire Council would be advantageous.
