Location: North of England

Salary: ÂŁ44,395 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 35 hours per week

HCR is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Partner to support the Regional Manager in delivering high standards across services for individuals with acquired brain injuries related to trauma, illness, or substance misuse. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, monitor compliance, and help services achieve outstanding quality. You’ll gather and analyse data using Datix, carry out service visits, and develop actionable Quality Improvement Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor service quality and produce structured analysis and reports
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support service teams to embed positive, lasting change
  • Provide guidance ahead of inspections or internal reviews
Requirements:
  • Qualification in a quality-related field or Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
  • Registered Manager’s Award (Level 4)
  • Proven experience in quality improvement within complex services
  • Strong knowledge of care sector regulations
  • Willingness to travel across the UK with overnight stays
