Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) on behalf of a well-established nursing home in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager or experienced Senior Nurse looking to join a supportive provider committed to delivering outstanding care.

Clinical Deputy Manager Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Provide clinical leadership and lead by example.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
  • Supervise and develop nursing and care staff.
  • Complete audits, care plan reviews and medication checks.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
  • Experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager or Senior Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
