This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager or experienced Senior Nurse looking to join a supportive provider committed to delivering outstanding care.
Clinical Deputy Manager Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
- Provide clinical leadership and lead by example.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
- Supervise and develop nursing and care staff.
- Complete audits, care plan reviews and medication checks.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)

- Good IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
