HCR Recruitment is recruiting an Internal Recruiter for a specialist domiciliary care provider in Walsall. The role has become available due to a team member relocating to a new area and offers a great opportunity to join a well-established care organisation. The Internal Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment within a regulated setting, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality care staff while maintaining full compliance throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for care and support staff
- Advertise and source candidates via job boards and local channels
- Conduct screening, telephone, and face-to-face interviews
- Manage onboarding and candidate communication
- Complete compliance checks (DBS, references, Right to Work, UKVI)
- Support recruitment events and work closely with operational teams
Benefits
- £26,800 – £28,000 salary
- 28 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Healthcare/social care experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (ideally a driver)
