HCR is partnering with an award-winning provider to recruit a driven Registered Home Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of a well-established service, enhancing quality and building on its reputation to achieve a “Good” or “Outstanding” rating with the Care Quality Commission.
As a Registered Home Manager, you will hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and bring strong leadership, a focus on quality care, and the ability to develop a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
- Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
- Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
- Performance-based annual bonus scheme worth up to £10,000
