Help Shape the Future of ADHD Care across England. Healthcare Central London (HCL) is launching a brand-new Adult ADHD Diagnosis & Treatment Service under NHS Right to Choose and we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help mobilise, lead and grow this national service.
Hybrid - London (NW1) | 12‑Month FTC £64,000 - £68,000 per annum (DOE)
About Us: Healthcare Central London (HCL) is a federation of 30 GP practices and 4 PCNs in Westminster, delivering innovative, community‑led NHS services to over 275,000 patients. We are known for our pioneering "Octopus" care model and our strong commitment to tackling health inequalities.
The Opportunity: You will provide operational leadership for HCL's Adult ADHD Service, working closely with clinical leaders to ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality and efficient care delivery across multiple ICBs nationwide. You will lead teams, manage performance, mobilise services, strengthen governance and help shape the future of digital mental health services.
Hybrid working: Up to 2 days working from home. Expectation for some out of hours work and ‘on‑call' support especially during the mobilisation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the ADHD operational team
- Manage service mobilisation and day‑to‑day operations
- Ensure CQC compliance, governance and quality standards
- Oversee performance, rotas, reporting and SLAs
- Work with ICBs, finance, BI and digital transformation teams
- Drive service improvement and innovation
- Lead recruitment, appraisal and performance management
- Manage complaints, audits and service development
Requirements:
- Senior operational management experience
- Mental health / ADHD service experience
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Governance, CQC and quality improvement knowledge
- Confidence managing hybrid teams and national contracts
- Passion for innovation and service development
- Experience with mobilising new services
