About our ADHD Service: Healthcare Central London is developing a high-quality ADHD assessment service focused on clinical rigour, consistency, and patient-centred care. We are not focused on high-volume assessment models and are building a service where clinicians are supported to deliver thorough, evidence-based assessments and produce clinically robust reports.

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated clinician to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of remote adult ADHD assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in ADHD assessment within a structured, supportive clinical environment. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and our Lead Consultant, contributing to high-quality ADHD assessments and developing your diagnostic and reporting skills. You will be supported with clear frameworks, tools, and guidance to help you produce gold-standard reports and deliver excellent patient care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and delivering remote ADHD diagnostic assessments for adult patients
- Conducting structured clinical interviews using recognised tools, with appropriate guidance
- Evaluating symptoms and contributing to assessment outcomes
- Producing high-quality diagnostic reports with support, feedback, and clear templates
- Providing clear and empathetic feedback to patients, with senior clinical support where needed
- Working closely with senior clinicians and the Lead Consultant to build expertise and ensure best practice
- Using digital tools, including AI-supported transcription, to support accurate and efficient documentation
- Contributing to quality improvement processes and learning from audit feedback

What we need from you: We are looking for a clinician who is keen to develop their ADHD assessment skills and is comfortable working in a digital, remote environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified healthcare professional (e.g. Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse) with experience delivering ADHD assessments
- Current professional registration with relevant regulatory body
- Experience working with adult mental health presentations
- Prescribing experience
- Understanding of ADHD and interest in developing assessment expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written skills, with willingness to develop report writing to a high standard
- Confidence using digital systems and tools
Desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or digital healthcare setting
