Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, growth-minded Senior Talent Sourcer to partner across our core business units: Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a strategic talent advisor and pipeline architect.
You will go far beyond standard Linked In In Mails—employing advanced Boolean logic, deep-web research, market mapping, and hyper-personalized outreach to engage high-impact passive talent.
If you excel at discovering hard-to-find candidates at the intersection of enterprise Saa S, healthcare tech, and life sciences, this contract role offers immense business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Domain Strategic Sourcing
- Sales & GTM: Build robust pipelines for Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Commercial Directors, and Partner Sales professionals familiar with complex life science or B2B Saa S deal cycles.
- Professional Services & Clinical
Ops: Source specialized Subject Matter Experts, Clinical Trial Management Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and Solution Consultants with deep expertise in EDC, e COA, and clinical data management tools.
- Engineering & Technology: Identify top-tier software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and product managers proficient in scalable Saa S platforms, AI/ML models, and regulatory-compliant software.
- Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management
- Passive Outreach: Craft compel-and-convert messaging tailored to Medidata's mission, platform capability, and unique value proposition to achieve above-industry conversion rates.
- Initial
Screening: Conduct rigorous phone screens to assess candidate technical/functional alignment, cultural add, career motivations, and compensation expectations before handing off to recruiters.
- Market Intelligence & Mapping: Map target competitor talent landscapes (Pharma Tech, Health Tech, Enterprise Saa S) and present actionable hiring insights to recruiters and business stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc tasks in support of the hiring process
Qualifications & Core Requirements
- Experience: Dedicated talent sourcing experience in a B2B Saa S, Life Sciences Tech, or high-growth technology environment.
- Cross-Functional Domain Expertise: Proven success in sourcing across Technology Sales is essential. Other domain areas an advantage.

Toolkit: Mastery of advanced Boolean search techniques, Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray searches, diversity databases, and talent intelligence platforms.
- Data-Driven & Consultative: Ability to interpret sourcing metrics, diagnose funnel bottlenecks, and partner collaboratively with TA Recruiters to adjust strategies mid-stream.
- High-Touch Messaging: Demonstrated ability to write personalized, value-driven candidate outreach that yields high response rates among passive candidates.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Comfort managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously across distinct functional pipelines with shifting priorities.
