Medidata is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to partner across Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a strategic pipeline architect and go beyond standard outreach to engage top passive talent.

You will use Boolean search, deep-web mapping, and hyper-personalized outreach to engage high-impact passive talent in enterprise SaaS, healthcare tech, and life sciences, delivering measurable impact.
