As a member of the Knowledge & Content Management Platform team, the Knowledge Management Capability Lead contributes to the strategic vision of Regulatory Affairs and supports the digitalization and centralization of Knowledge Management in RA by overseeing one or several product(s) underlying the Capability. The Knowledge Management Capability supports knowledge gathering and sharing across the organization, leveraging collaboration tools. It defines strategies for deploying knowledge management technologies, best practices, and advises on information structure. It also supports regulatory requirements gathering and advocates for harmonized approaches using enterprise tools. The Capability ensures high user adoption, scale-up, and easy information retrieval, potentially leveraging Artificial Intelligence. The Knowledge Management Capability Lead ensures that the Capability strategy delivers business benefits, drives harmonization, and promotes continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and business priorities related to Knowledge Management. Support the strategic vision at a Capability level. Act as a Change Lead to drive system adoption, communication, and training, implementing change management strategies for smooth technology adoption.
  • Roadmap Development: Define, prioritize, and deploy an integrated capability roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and DDIT partners, ensuring alignment with platform and enterprise strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Capability in governance boards and leadership meetings. Communicate effectively to promote understanding and support for new initiatives. Support the expansion of digital knowledge and mindset within Regulatory Affairs.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships within the Capability, with stakeholders, vendors, and external networks. Oversee vendor relations and product integrations.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure timely, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of the portfolio. Contribute to change management strategies and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies, including audit readiness.
  • Product Responsibility: Manage products within the Capability, acting as product manager or owner. Ensure timely, compliant, and quality delivery, and approve product requirements.
  • Project and Program Support: Support configuration, decision-making, and outcomes impacting the capability. Collaborate on project scope, objectives, and interdependencies.
  • Demand Management: Manage demand for technology services and support. Monitor performance and backlog.
