To support marketing activities for a Haematology brand and drive operational excellence across our portfolio, mastering processes, liaising with marketing agencies and working with stakeholders to partner impactfully with customers.
Job Description
Novartis has a long-standing leadership in Haematology, which brings us exciting challenges to continue delivering value to customers and patients. The UK Haematology team is looking for a Marketing Assistant that will support us in building impactful content and experiences to customers, while ensuring operational excellence. We are seeking a proactive, driven, detail-oriented and agile learner to join our marketing team and master our internal systems. You will support the marketing department and work closely with the Brand Manager and the Sales team. There is a lot of room in the #HaemDreamTeam to go above and beyond and accelerate your learning.
Major accountabilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Track and following up on activities assigned;
- Process contracts and payments to partners and suppliers;
- Track expenses for our brands and activities;
- Support marketing material development and liaising with agencies
- Support Congress/external activities planning and execution
- Support in monitoring stock levels and printing of materials
- Safeguard discontinuation of expired materials and archiving materials
- Master tools like FUSE, Lumos, DocuSign
Minimum Requirements & Skills:
- Have a science or marketing/business bachelor’s degree, or related higher education
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other marketing software and tools
- Curiosity to learn fast
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship

- This is a London office based role with hybrid working, which means 12 days in the office each month.
