This role reports into the Event Director at our offices in London’s Finsbury Park. We have a hybrid working policy allowing for remote working on Wednesdays with the other days spent in the office. HBI also offers other benefits including Vitality Health Insurance.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Research, recruit for and execute conference agenda in line with HBI's known content quality.
  • Work with Sponsors and Partners to develop summits, breakfast briefings, roundtables, and panel discussions.
  • Assist with marketing sessions and agenda through compelling copywriting.
  • Write detailed session plans and moderator briefs.
  • Develop partnerships with relevant industry associations, networks, and industry advisers to unlock warm introductions and expand reach.

  • Be a good networker who is able to map out organisations and connections and leverage them to book meetings and conversations.
  • Have a partnership/community development mindset—comfortable building relationships that convert into attendance.
  • Exhibit strong outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate excellent organization and follow-through across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Have very good written and verbal communication in English adopting a telephone-first approach.
  • Have an understanding and an interest in Investing, Finance, and Healthcare.
  • Possess a growth mindset and be proactive and self-motivated.
